Convenient location in Sandton
Shower glassdoor leaking at the bottom (joint to be replaced) and water everywhere on floor. We has to mop the floor after showering with bath towels.

The staff in the restaurant were very friendly.
This was my second stay at the hotel. I took a standard room the first time which was not great. So I upgraded thinking I would get a better room and bathroom. All what I got was a bath. Otherwise the room was the same as the standard room.
I feel the administration could supply more in the rooms. E. G.
1. There is only one chair although there are two people occupying the room .
No comfortable chairs and table in the room for us to relax. We had to sit on our bed. The bathroom in the standard room was much better than in the upgraded room. The shower was small. No hooks to hand the towels. One hand towel for two people.
I think that for the price I paid for the upgrade was not worth it. At least breakfast should have been included.
I can only give my opinion.
I would have liked to come back , but, under these circumstances I won’t be returning to the hotel.
And I can’t recommend my friends or family to stay at your hotel , as I will be embarrassed .

We had a standard room
The bed was comfortable,
The shower was too big so it took up too much space, leaving the basin area very small. There was no space to put our toiletries. No hooks to hook our towels after use. There was only one chair for two people.
There should have had at least one comfortable chair to relax in. But two would be better with a little table between. The room is big enough to have these chairs and table. When your guests come back tired they need somewhere comfortable to sit and relax.
Those are all my grips.
I hope you will take up my suggestions.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the apartments are spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is well located and in a safe area. Its security arrangements are of his quality.

I liked the location and breakfast. It is new Nelson Mandela square. It is a quite safe area. The breakfast is great. I enjoyed staying there.
We were not properly treated when we checked in. The staff who approached us was rude. We avoided that person whenever we needed assistance.

Disappointing
Television only had 6 channels to choose from and the resolution was terrible. Felt like watching tv in the 90’s.
Also music was so loud in restaurant next to reception yet hardly anyone was there.
