Everything - the staff members were so friendly and helpful . I had an issue with the tv which was resolved so quickly :) Rosebank mall is 5 minutes away which was such a convenience

First the staff they super amazing , so kind my check in was so easy also loved how safe they made us feel , the apartment was beautiful I loved it , truly was a home away from home , I just loved everything

It was dirty. Kitchen so dirty that you couldn’t use anything as it was all crusty and oily.
The advert says washing and drying machine, but it’s a lie as the machine doesn’t dry, which was a big problem with us.

There are cockroaches! This place is so cute we were actually shocked to see the roaches. They also didn’t have any twin plugs which is extremely inconvenient. However the location is really good and the beds were very comfortable.

Fully self contained apartment in leafy suburb out of the city centre. Short walk to supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Lovely view from apartment balcony.

The apartment was beautiful, modern and we loved everything about it.
We didn’t have an iron or ironing board. We asked for an iron at reception but no-one ever brought us one.

Certain things in the hotel room were not cleaned properly like the toilet and microwave. One of the showers drains were blocked, so the shower would eventually create a big puddle which was unpleasant.
