Location adjacent to the mall is convenient, and the staff are always friendly. Room is a good size and well laid out.
There’s just a steady stream of cigarette smoke coursing through the HVAC system, even if you are in a non-smoking room, you can’t escape it. It’s really too bad, the hotel us otherwise quite good.

I loved the cleanliness of the place and the peaceful environment.
Most staff members were friendly but your bar staff needs to improve their customer service they were not friendly . On the last day our room was only cleaned around 15.30pm yet since morning we were at the pool giving the attendant space to clean the room .

Check in staff are not flexible. I had a late flight and they couldn't allow me to check out slightly later considering I checked into the hotel at 2 am.

I’ve stayed at this location multiple times and it has seriously gone down in service and cleanliness. It is in serious need of renovations to change the standard. Service was pathetic at reception. Not what I was expecting. I also woke up at 7.30 am to the cleaning service opening my door. That was extremely concerning and causes concern on privacy and security. Very disappointing
