The room was fine and the location of the hotel excellent! A 2 minute walk to the Nelson Mandela Square. Staff were friendly and helpful. A safe place to stay!

Very good location. Everything I needed was very close and walking distance.
The staff was accommodating, flexible and dynamic. Even in the restaurant
The fact that the rooms were not equipped with basic essentials like water to drink, fridge to keep things fresh. Essential amenities like a a shower cap should be provided as well and not sold apart.
It would be good to have smart TV with access to YouTube and Netflix etc! The local TV channels may not be interesting to all, specially non-South Africans

The hotel is very well located, near to Nelson Mandela Square, what is a great advantage.
The rooms doesn’t have a noise system, so probably you will hear everything that your neighbors are saying and doing.
They don’t provide mineral water, they just consider their treated water, but the negative point is that you need to take that water at the WC.

the staff was very friendly, had no troubles extending my stay...never even worried about anything missing in my room. the kettle was an awesome touch. the staff made sure to always replenish the coffee and sugar in the room. the location was safe, easy to get to. Made my stay very pleasant.

The expectation of the kind of room i paid for was totally different. First i was put in a room that i did not ask for but it was changed afterwards. The question remains now was i really in the kind of room i paid for?

- Very convenient location which is opposite one of the entrances to the mall.
- They have a good breakfast buffet.
- Enjoyed a drink as l sat in the beautifully decorated bar lounge.

Quick delivery of accommodation confirmation letter for visa. Proximity to mall. Quick easy access. Pleasant happy staff especially in restaurant. Very clean bathroom and white linen. Feeling of safety.
Was pleasantly surprised so I liked all. Maybe except for the hard floor not pleasant to walk bearfoot so I wished I had carried bathroom sandals.
