The manager lady was amazing. great communicator and ready to help, even when we ask stupid questions.
we could use a larger bedroom. We were working after hours and the space in the room was not ideal. BUT we ended up using the dining space, and that worked out well.

The spiced sausage was great (in place of bacon) and the breakfast was well prepared, included many options, and was enjoyable and fully satisfying.
Lyn, the manager, was very pleasant and helpful and the location was very convenient for all we needed to do.
Toilet cistern took a bit long to refill.

Staff was amazing, very clean.
The water went out several times during our stay. Not the fault of the property but it was a bit annoying, especially late at night after a 16 hour flight.

Staff were quite rude when we arrived and did not give instructions and advise about the place and area. We felt quite unsafe and left guessing how things work around the place.

The lodge is in a perfect and safe area and near places to do shopping and hangouts. The staff is welcoming and ready to give support when needed. Their breakfast is so great and rich in options. Generally this is like a home away from home?. I would definitely come back and also recommend it.

Very friendly staff. Great location. Nice bed, toiletries and breakfast. Lovely pool and outdoor area. We also used the airport shuttle which we would recommend.
