The mattress was really bad and after 5 days I am still on pain on my back. The TVs are old can’t even connect to the internet

One can see that the concept is deteriorating in appeal , service and delivery.
It not a hotel , it has the element of luxury lacking. It more like just a basic apartment. Not five star anymore.
Staff are not hospitality driven.
Legacy is dropping the ball on this property.
Lacks ambiance.
Aged and needs modernization.
It’s Very convenient area. And access to the mall is great. It does hornet have tk catch how to Sandton City style.

Breakfast was a 10 walk from the hotel inside the Michelangelo...it is worth the walk as the restaruant is the Roar right across from the convention centre.
Staff are friendly and very helpful. Free parking too. You just pull up outside and the staff take you card an retrieve it on 10 minutes notice
Unfortunately there seemed to be some work going on in the building so there was banking for a number of hours on 3 monrings

Facilities were excellent. The gentleman at reception and the gents at the entrance went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful stay.
Poor room service which is linked to the Michelangelo restaurant. This takes away from the convenience that is expected.

Loved the updated look,as well as convenient location
Finding the breakfast place was a nightmare,took us time to eventually get there after a lot of back and forth and up and downs (a whole 30 min).Funny that the mall security had no clue where the restaurant was
