I would like to share my feedback regarding your hotel’s services as a venue for conferences and exhibitions. Unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations. The facilities provided for hosting conferences and exhibitions were poorly managed and did not reflect the standards expected from a professional venue. Additionally, the quality of the catering during the exhibitions was very disappointing, with food that did not meet even the most basic expectations in terms of taste, variety, and presentation. Such shortcomings create a negative impression for guests and participants, and they directly impact the reputation of both the hotel and the events hosted there. As someone who has attended and organized numerous international events, I strongly believe these issues need immediate attention and improvement if the hotel wishes to remain a competitive choice for business conferences and exhibitions. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on enhancing both your event-hosting services and catering standards.

Wonderful
The view was amazing - spacious space. The hotel includes a huge play area and garden to walk. Palm trees, grass, etc.. The breakfast was excellent and the chief asked us if we would like to have fresh prepared omelet, fried eggs or boiled eggs.
We just didn't have slippers.

We wanted to extend our stay but the front desk could not do this as we had booked through booking.com . We were told that the only way to extend our stay was to rebook with booking.com. This caused myself much extra work and as the quoted price was now ridiculously inflated , we moved to a nearby 5 star hotel . Very disappointing customer service!

The very friendly concierge and reception staff.
Dinners ... The dinners were terrible. I sent the second night's food back and it was still raw on the second attempt. No water in my room both days, and when supplied I could not open the water bottle lid, without the tab Breaking.

Overall a convenient stay-over for attanding a conference at the Wanderers club. Secure parking. Room was fine.
It took long to check in due to the number of people that had to cehck in. A bottle of water in the room would have been nice. Need to be a member of the Marrit loaylty club (or be prepared to join), to have internat access.
