This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed in! The host doesnt answer calls or messages. When we got there, they were still "cleaning the unit" after some time waiting they gave us a different unit. This one had the filthiest bathroom. Asked to go back to original room that they supposedly cleaned - this room was even more dirty. Untidy and bad smell. Old and filthy appliances and utensils. The noise and residents screaming and speaking loudly. We didnt stay the night like we paid for. We were there for about 2 hours and left. The worst experience! DO NOT book this place!

It was at the right location
Firstly I booked the place and it was not what I got, secondly poor customer service- no was no water the whole day yesterday and no plan or communication was issued, the TV signal did not connect during my entire stay. The microwave switches on but does not work, the beds were springy and uncomfortable and old. I was not happy with the experience at all.

It’s in a nice location.
The host needs to do better on getting a smart tv. Why on earth would you have a tv that is not a smart tv in an air bnb apartment. Not everyone is from here so cable is for people from this country because they knew the channels and are familiar with them.

The quality of the premises was below par for the Morninghill area and compared to what is promised. Firstly the complex seems to have a sewerage problem leaving an unpleasant stench in the bathroom area, making it difficult for anyone to enjoy a shower. The bathroom linen was disgusting and not up to standard shouting out a hygiene precaution, especially the hand towel that looked like it had been thrown in and out of mud and there was mildew on the bathroom walls. As far as the bed linen goes it was highly disappointing to notice that the inner duvet cover was hanging out the supposed correctly sized cover, and how the pillow cases and bed sheets were torn in different places. It doesn't take a lot out of the premises budget to add a little personal touch: like some detergent in the kitchenette, wiping clothes, paper towels, and some more than just two sugar, coffee, tea sachets. There were no cereal bowels, water bottles, condiments, hairdryer etc. Really? Deliver the type of service that you too would expect.
