The room is so spacious. The building is in a relatively safe location. There are security personnel at the front. The host is very responsive. There is a power adapter in the room.
The pool was under maintenance. The AC remote needed programming. There were leftovers in the fridge.

The lady who helped me check in ddnt register me or do anything.The management should do something better about the check in.I wasn't given the wifi password had to go down and ask the security who ddnt know anything about it.

The room was aesthetically pleasing, and it's very spacious. The WiFi speed was super fast.
The TV sucks, nothing was working. The aircon also needed a bit of maintenance it was a bit weak.

Everything was great, everything looks as is on pictures, bathroom on point. I'd recommend Mapungubwe all day everyday still, smooth check in and check out. Quality service.
The TV, last time we came they also had Netflix but now we could only watch DSTV nothing else. This is my third time booking with Mapungubwe and it's only my first time encountering such.
