The location was quiet and residential, which was nice for peace. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and modern. We had a stunning city view from a private balcony. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a great night's sleep. Breakfast was outstanding! It was a generous buffet with a wide selection—fresh pastries, a hot buffet, made-to-order eggs, and excellent local coffee.
The gym was much smaller and no one was there to help.

Hotel rather run down with limited and poor facilities. Staff unhelpful and the evening meal was literally inedible

We were in disabled suite - which we didn't need. The shower cubicle was poorly designed such that water flooded the bathroom.
Didn't spoil our stay though.
