The rooms are so small. Not value for money.
The staff keep knocking to clean. One opened the door while I was in the room. The staff are not very warm. They seemed unbothered.

This was the first time I stay d at this hotel and will return when I come to Johannesburg. It’s in a safe location. You have access to the Rosebank Mall from the hotel. The Hop on, Hop off bus stops in front of the hotel and there’s also a train station there. The breakfast was good, there was a wide selection of food. The water pressure from the shower head was good as well. The hotel is kept very clean and the staff are accommodating.

My second time here, I am always to stay here love the location next to the mall and fine restaurants, breakfast-excellent (cheers to the chef who was on the omelet section on 28th-29th March). She is always smiling while making yummy eggs :)).

Three minute walk from the Gautrain. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Lovely staff interactions. Daily room service.

The location is very convenient and the room was comfortable. I did not have breakfast in the restaurant
I had to keep on asking for more milk sachets - 2 is not enough if I am having 3-4 cups of tea a day - and only 2 tea bags for Ceylon tea. I would have preferred it if there were ample supplies instead of having to phone reception repeatedly. Also, the TV was not tuned in properly which is exactly what happened at my previous stay - surely it should be checked before visitors arrive?
