Thank you for reaching out and for asking for further feedback. Overall, the breakfast experience was very good, and I would also like to compliment the staff members for being very friendly, professional, and providing excellent service throughout the stay and your hotel is well situated.
There were a few concerns regarding the room experience. The room was not cleaned properly, and the small amenities such as the shower gel and bottled water were unfortunately not replaced daily. On one occasion, I called reception to request shower gel and was assured that someone would bring it to the room, but unfortunately nothing was delivered. As a result, I was unable to shower that evening and had to ask my daughter, who was staying with me, to assist me with shower gel the following day. I trust this feedback will assist in further improving the guest experience.

The convenience of the location made it easy for my family and I to get to and fro the mall. Also it was easy for us to get transport to move around the city. The staff certainly were friendly, welcoming and willing to help.

I checked in on a busy Friday evening and was efficiently processed by a smiling receptionist amid all the chaos and people milling about. Friendly staff members and a great in room dining meal hit the spot. Breakfast was very busy with quite a few groups in attendance but tables were cleared quickly and food replenished continuously. I had a fantastic room on the 9th floor, very quiet and restful. Next morning I checked out, left my luggage with the porters and wandered across the road and through the Nelson Mandela centre to the Sandton shopping mall, easy access.
Getting from the Gautrain airport train station after sunset involved a half kilometer dash down a dark main street with suitcase rolling in front of me with high hopes and fingers crossed. Far better to be prepared; call the hotel for a pick up or work out where the ride share pick up area is and order an uber and play it safe.

Whenever I am passing through joburg i stay here. Its next to the Nelson Mandela shopping mall which has great restaurants and shopping. The staff at the hotel are competent and friendly. And the rooms and facilities are quite good.

Breakfast was filling and offered a great variety of options to choose from. The location is perfect, right next to Sandton Mall, making it very convenient. The rooms were clean, and the bar had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere.
The Wi-Fi was unreliable and kept disconnecting. It was also disappointing that parking is not included and comes at an extra cost.

Requested for additional towels, water glasses, water after i had booked for 5 people. There was no lotion in the rooms. I propose you include refrigerator in the rooms
