Convenience, super close to the mall and generally central.
I stayed there almost 10 years ago and not much has changed. The sink didn’t drain properly, the toilet roll holder did not hold toilet paper, it was constantly popping out. Towels were aged and ragged.

The location is perfect cause it is near the mall. You are able to order food from outside without any hustle. The staff are very friendly and ready to assist. I like the cucumber water at the entrance too.
I think they need new towels in the room. Its time for smart tv's in the room too.

A very nice hotel in the perfect location in Sandton. Right across from the entrance to Nelson Mandela Square and Mall. Everything is within walking distance and its safe. The room was adequate - we couldve done with a little more room for our big suitcases as we were away for 3 weeks, but its a standard size room. Comfy bed. Big breakfast buffet. Very busy though. We were only there for one night so we were more than happy with our stay and our room and would recommend. We could have happily spent more time here. Lots of restaurants close by and there is a restaurant and bar onsite too.

THE WATER PRESSURE WAS VERY LOW

I love this hotel it’s my go to since 2013, well located, very clean, very good staff, fabulous breakfast. I definetly recommend this hotel you will thank me later.

The restaurant on saturday was full we were moved to breakfast hall service was very slow, steak was not to required cooking temp,receive bill ar 11:30pm

Breakfast: there was a reasonable number of choices to choose from especially when one considers the warm and cold provisions.
