Its Location is Outstanding and is at the Centre of Sandton City adjacent Convention Centre, Santon City Mall and Mandela Square etc.

The location is excellent, the breakfast was excellent, the on site restaurant wasn't so good. The room and bathroom was nice and clean. The bed was not to my taste.

The breakfast was good, the bed was comfy and the room was clean. I particularly enjoyed the fact that they have a restaurant downstairs which is lively.
I made a request for champagne glasses and a bucket of ice and the staff did not help with that request.

Overall, the breakfast experience was very good, and I would also like to compliment the staff members for being very friendly, professional, and providing excellent service throughout the stay and your hotel is well situated.
There were a few concerns regarding the room experience. The room was not cleaned properly, and the small amenities such as the shower gel and bottled water were unfortunately not replaced daily. On one occasion, I called reception to request shower gel and was assured that someone would bring it to the room, but unfortunately nothing was delivered. As a result, I was unable to shower that evening and had to ask my daughter, who was staying with me, to assist me with shower gel the following day.
I trust this feedback will assist in further improving the guest experience.

The convenience of the location made it easy for my family and I to get to and fro the mall. Also it was easy for us to get transport to move around the city. The staff certainly were friendly, welcoming and willing to help.
