Very Good
Very convenient to Milpark Hospital. They were very accommodating as I didn’t know how long I was staying and kept adding a day. They were able to keep me in the same room each time.

I loved the location of the hotel, breakfast was amazing. My favorite is the omelette 10 out of 10. The room was peaceful, clean I got a good night rest.
Wi-Fi was not that great.

Poor
Location
On arrival their was a queue to check in. I witnessed staff argue with at least two people in front of me about menial things. Then the category of room I booked wasn’t available on arrival so I was downgraded. The downgraded room shower had no shower head so I couldn’t wash. The staff did nothing to make up for the downgrade nor the broken shower. Handled poorly by the reception team The staff were unhelpful on each occasion of engagement and should remember they in the service industry and that hotel guests require service

Very Good
The place is well-maintained and the staff is helpful. It has been a while since I've been in a hotel that does not have a mini fridge or kitchenette so that was a bit of a shocker.
The lack of a bar fridge or kitchenette
