I Loved the food and also the staff was very friendly.
My room had no fridge, that was a bit of a turn off as we had to buy ice to keep our drinks cold.

The receptionists were very welcoming and friendly. They assisted me with every request I had until my last day of stay. The room was so clean, they they met my expectations. Anywhere I go it will have to be southern sun hotels for me I know they don't disappoint.
5th floor rooms are a smoking area, if you not a smoker it can be disgusting. But no one to blame I booked it blindly. However the room inside was clean and not smelly.

Breakfast was delicious- the chef makes a great omelette. The staff is friendly and honest!
They don’t do room service. You have to “call and collect.” None of the staff members are allowed to assist with carrying of luggage to or from the rooms - according to the staff all guests must push those heavy trolleys full of luggage themselves.

Breakfast was good. The lady chef at the egg station yesterday was wonderful. Location is great for hospital visits. Parking across the road is good and secure. Takalani was excellent.
Generally, desk staff and doormen are not always friendly. Doorman on arrival didnt assist with any aspect of our arrival considering 1 pax on crutches. Bathrooms need updating. Basin vanity is too cramped. Lighting is very poor. Bedroom carpet is terrible. Replace with vinyl or tiles in my opinion. The airconditioner being a console unit is extremely noisy. Bathroom amenities very limited.
