The location is excellent — conveniently close to Johannesburg CBD. The security was reliable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and provided great service. They were always ready to assist whenever needed. I especially appreciated the kindness of the lady and the gentleman who helped me charge my phone — their hospitality truly stood out. Overall, a pleasant and welcoming experience but the room itself and amenities not worth the money, the management has some work to do.
While the guest house has a great location and the staff are genuinely warm and helpful, there are a few issues that need attention. The WiFi in the room area was unreliable and didn’t work during my stay. The shower water remained cold, even after staff mentioned they would switch on the heater. The microwave had a rusty smell, suggesting it hasn’t been used or maintained in quite some time. The room was also very cold — even with the heater on, it felt like sleeping outdoors. I truly hope management addresses these concerns, as this place has great potential thanks to its friendly staff and ideal location.

I like the rooms with fridge though it was not plugged on, TV though I didn't watch, toilets & shower, beds & bedding, sitting area outside the rooms, lockable gate. It was quite one could really rest. I loved your tiles, ceiling, incomplete kitchen space can improve.
Cleanliness on the window burglar, it had spiders web, some soap will do or bath foam, tea and water to drink. Versatility in languages for the staff, it eases communication. Fixed some doors handles, you can see outside for security, privacy and safety reasons.
