It's a truly magnificent property. The room we had was huge and well appointed. It is a a little dated, but the place made up for it with all the amenities and the cleanliness.

The food was excellent. The staff was amazing. The grounds and the spa were lovely. The furnishings and public rooms were beautifully decorated.
The restaurant, the spa, and the building with guest rooms were all separate. One of the days we were there it was raining. Although they had many umbrellas, it was wet and slippery walking from one area to another.
The bathroom in our room did not have a full door - it was a folding louver door so that when one of us went to the bathroom at night, turning on the light disturbed the other person who was sleeping.

The room was incredible, but the AC unit was very noisy and bothersome.
At breakfast, all the available tables had been used and not been reset. We had to sit outside to find a table. Our breakfast took very long to arrive and was cold by the time it did. The coffee (americano) was very weak and cold. The breakfast staff were not well trained and not very helpful.

Loved almost everything about the place besides the staff by the spa, very disappointing
The staff at the spa, when booking the spa they didn’t give us more information about it, like the rooms outside.. when we got there, they didn’t give us a tour like most spa’s usually do but funny enough when we were by the pool we saw another lady giving another couple a tour, strange. I had to ask where the pool was and they didn’t even take me to the pool, they just directed me and told me I won’t miss it. Worst experience by the spa
