the apartment was beautiful and well decorated. the beds and sofas were comfortable. the shower had good water pressure and the kitchenette was nice.
the door handle on the apartment entrance was broken. some of the electric outlets near the tv did not work. the television had Netflix and youtube but no dstv streaming (had the app but no account was added to it). the aircooler in one of the rooms was not working at all. book in time was at 14:00, we arrived around 15:00 but the beds had not been made up yet.

Location is good, near the Gautrain and restaurants and shipping areas. Apartment is pretty spacious with well equipped kitchen and dining area, and was pretty quiet as well even though one side was facing a main road with quite a bit of traffic passing through. All in all a comfortable stay.
The security of the area just outside the entrance to the apartments could be improved. On one night I encountered a couple of local guys who were trying to scam people and they almost got my credit card and tried to steal a mobile phone from another guest.

The property was in a great location, the facilities were clean and beautiful, and the staff were very nice and friendly.
I did not see even one single smoke alarm in my room. Smoke alarms make buildings safer. The WiFi had weak security and there was no powdered milk in my room to use for the tea or coffee. On the list of rules, it said that all guests must have their ID and it said that all visitors must have their ID, yet as the one who made the booking I was the only one who had to show and register my ID at checkin. I loved this accommodation, but please kindly follow your own rules! I think checking guest and visitor ID helps ensure better security, rather than just the ID of the one who made the booking! Other than that, I would love to stay here again in the future, but I hope my suggestions might be taken into consideration.

The location is great, safe and lively neighborhood
The staff was lovely, especially Mohammed he was particularly helpful and kind.
Very little privacy as the apartment’s window gave onto the elevator lobby. I had the curtains closed all the time for privacy and as a consequence very little natural light which is essential since the bedroom doesn’t have a window.
The furniture was sticky, maybe from the cleaning spray?

Everything was great really, but see below. I have no regrets - excellent place and I'll almost certainly book the same next time I'm down.
The couch gave me a bit of neck-strain. An additional comfortable armchair would have been a nice touch, but I was renting the cheapest unit.
