The pool area had restrictions
Breakfast was served in the boardroom on Christmas Day and Boxing Day it was not comfortable

Location adjacent to Mandela Square and it's restaurants was perfect.
Room had discarded papers and food behind the curtain/refrigerator.
Breakfast buffet was a 'bum fight' to get any food. Poor layout of location of food.

SOME staff were extremely helpful and friendly, while others not so much.
I was extremely underwhelmed with this hotel and will say that it is certainly not worth the rates they charge. Apart from the location and look, it is far from luxury. This is a standard hotel at best and you get the same experience staying at a City Lodge or Holiday Inn, which is not a bad thing but considering executive prices you pay, it is very disappointing. If you're just looking for a place to shower and sleep, your money would be better spent at a City Lodge or Holiday Inn. If you're looking for a luxurious experience, I would highly not recommend this hotel.
