Attractive layout -- rooms and courtyards
At first they couldn't get a card-key that worked on my door.
My room was a long way from the reception and at night the lighting between the reception and my room was very dim, making the walk precarious.
When I ordered room service, although only a sandwich, it took a long time to come, and when it finally arrived it was the wrong sandwich, but I accepted it rather than reorder.

A nice room with a kitchenette. Comfortable bed and good linens. Good WiFi and a good breakfast room. The Rosebank mall is right across the street for shopping and restaurants.
We didn’t like the bathtub.
