The room set up, the bedding and bathroom were up to standard. The restaurant meals were very palatable and affordable in prices. The garden was well nurtured and of course those pine trees enhanced the vicinity. very picturesque
the curtains were a bit transparent for me. I was not sure whether people outside could see my silhouette. Otherwise i have no qualms

The staff who served me food, soo caring and loving. Made me feel at home, thank you soo much for that. I really appreciate the warmth and care they have shown me, even the guys I met first day at the reception, I believe the guy's name was Thokozani, he and the other young lady were soo loving and welcoming. Thank you truly
1. the room that I booked was soo noisy, the were people working in the other room, as they knew they could have fixed it. I had a presentation that I needed to deliver, I had to inform them about it. The noise was soo bad. Also I arrived early almost at my booking time, you pay extra , they do not make exceptions, even when the room was empty.

The reception staff were really friendly and helpful.
The room was odd. Service was poor in the restaurant despite me seemingly being the only guest! There was a party going on one night I was there and it was very noisy in my room. I had an early start and was told the party would end at 10pm. It didn't! And nobody answered the phone when I called to say how loud it was. Not impressed.

The location was convenient to where I needed to be.
Check-in was a breeze as was the checkout process.
The breakfast was excellent and friendly and contributed to the majority of my positive opinion of the establishment.
The fridge in the room was not running when I arrived, thus the two bottles of water were at room temperature.
The neighbours or other patrons were rowdy and noisy till the early morning resulting in my sleep being disturbed numerous times.
The facility has a generator only for the restaurant area, the emergency lights placed in the rooms do not last the 2 hours of load-shedding and the emergency exit signs are not illuminated.
