We used this just as a comfortable spot between flights. The place was gorgeous in a safe and lovely area. The building itself was very fancy and the staff incredibly helpful.
The food served was amazing and included in our booking. We were the only ones staying for the 2 nights and the staff could not do enough for us.
Wish we had more time to relax and enjoy the place.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The Night Auditor unfortunately knocked me awake at 04H13 on the evening of my arrival and then called me to say I called which I did not. I reported it to the General Manager. She wrote a letter of apology and sent a gift to my room and in addition offered 1 free nights's stay. There was a damp spot in the room where the wallpaper was coming off.

The estate is exceptional, the staff ensured my stay was epic, so kind and loving and attentive. my schedule while in south Africa was extremely busy however the staff where able to assist 24/7 with no complaints. i hope to return in the future xx

There was a great choice of breakfasts, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the location was great. It was only about 20 minutes from the airport, and an easy drive to Rosebank and Sandton.
While the room was very spacious and well-appointed, the bathroom was a bit tired.

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was delicious, in summary we all enjoyed our stay and wish we stayed longer.
We did not receive coffee with breakfast, and they were uncertain when we could come for breakfast since I had to be at the university early in the morning. They did not seem eager to assist me with an early breakfast. But in the end, breakfast was nice.
