Laundry room was next to my room. Washing machine noise was unbereable. The staff in the laundry room was noisy. Put a burglar gate so the door cn stay open. Tint the patio glass so people can't see from the outside.

Location and cleanliness of all areas except for the sofa.
The length of the key hand over process. Staff readiness and process of paying a deposit on arrival as well as paying for the booking fee in person while it is more convenient to pay over the App, making the whole process seem like a scam. The dirty sofa fabric was disgusting. The water pressure from the shower comes from a small single room geyser which really degrades the detoxiting effects of what is meant to be a good shower.

Stunning seaview from all rooms.
Sleeper couches were very uncomfortable. Geyser kept going off but staff were quite efficient to come put it on each time. Aircon wasn't working properly and that too only one room had. The place was quite hot suggest putting some fans in the apartment.
