The room looked beautiful however the open plan bathroom can be an issue for privacy.
The outside is not welcoming, its in between businesses and there is noise all around. The outisde was untidy and not well managed. There is a patio however it overlook road that is busy with pedestrians and cars so no privacy. The bed was not comfortable and the corners of the base of the bed are open and kept tripping over them.

The facility is very nice
The cleanliness not up to standard at all. The room had lot of dust as if it hasn't been dusted in days. There were papers under the bed and bath tap was not washed.

Nice and big room, kind security staff, fast communication.
Wifi not working most of the time, absent staff when my keycard didn't work anymore. The cafe was closed.

The styling of the room is chic and contemporary. This was a winner at booking time. Nqobile at the front desk was a delight even if there was about two things we weren't happy about, she was on it to make sure they get resolved. Amaryllis and the staff at the kitchen were also such a delight. Never complain and they help with all requests. Quick question, Where can I get that hot sauce of yours? It was amazing. I honestly want some.
The patio was a selling point for me but was so disappointed that the landscaping has been neglected. Future guests shouldn't expect this place to wow them unless the owners put in some time and TLC in making the place more pleasant. The wifi wasn't working on arrival, they only managed to sort this out by the evening. The DStv was not working the entire stay, very disappointing. Floor were dirty on check in. Please have some matt in the room and definitely by the shower.
