The safe was the best
We choose Al Carte Menu at Jeera , we had to wait to be seated after 6 and with a kid that is too late for supper.
We only got seated after 630 and our food took too long to arrive.
It was my child's pre birthday celebration so he was very tired , restless and hungry by the time supper arrived.
He did not like the chicken strips either and we paid R100 for a bronwie.

Jeera staff and food where outstanding! Compliments to the Chefs.
Front desk hotel staff was also accommodating. Casino facilities and draw was exciting. Liked the fact that the casino was so easily accessible to the hotel. And it felt so safe. Room where clean, housekeeping staff was great with their quick service for a blanket.
Checking out was a breeze. Thank u.
1.Where where placed on floor two. And the carpets had a very bad strong stench of urine. And each time we had to walk past an area to get to our rooms was just disgusting..
2. Room cards took ages to be printed.
3. The walls of the rooms where so thin, everything could be heard into the next room..
4. The stench of old cigarettes in one room was horrible for a non smoker. The other room was perfect.

I booked my Gf in for a stay previously in the junior suit and she loved it. Friendly staff and nice room.
I booked her in for 3 nights in the Deluxe Suit because she enjoyed the junior suit and it was a very disappointing experience considering the very high price
The Wi-Fi did not work on my partner’s phone for the entire visit, even though internet is advertised as included, which meant she had to purchase mobile data just to stay connected. The bedroom lights were also constantly flickering, which made the room feel poorly maintained.
Another issue was that there were people sitting on plastic chairs directly outside the room in the hallway, as a political figure was staying on the same floor. This meant she had to squeeze past them whenever entering or leaving the room, which felt intrusive and uncomfortable.
On the final morning, guests on the floor were required to use the staff/service lift because the main lift was reserved for that guest, which was very disappointing. While security arrangements are understandable, other paying guests should not be inconvenienced because of them.
Overall, the stay did not meet expectations. I would appreciate it if hotel management could contact me via email to address these concerns.

I had breakfast at Havanna, which was really good considering the price... excellent value
The smell of my unit was a little musky. Had an almost damp smell which wasnt the most pleasant. Was not overpowering, but noticeable.

No time for breakfast. Location is superb
We were allocated a room that was not befitting to the standard as mentioned on booking.com. My CEO handed the keys over to reception and set at the foyer whilst trying to find a more decent accommodation. I was fortunate that when I escalated to the Rep, suddenly a room was made available. This was extremely embarrassing and I doubt if I would be able to recommend this property for my Executives. May middle management. Thanks to the Rep and hope going forward please always remember that someone booking for business purposes you allocate rooms that would have a desk to sit and work and sleep comfortably.

And they gave a small queen bed thats impossible for 2 guys to fit in . Then they are asking price worth the amount already paid dor one night means double the price to upgrade, for a better bed. No option to add an extra bed- for a 2nd person- where we booked for 2 pax

The staff was friendly and somewhat helpful
The aircorn doesn't go above 22°c and whenever we requested the aircorn to be turned off it gets turned back on. It was absolutely freezing !

Convenient, safe, well maintained, nice grounds, restaurants accessible via walkway in hotel.
The bathroom was IN the bedroom. Toilet was in a shower cubicle. Meaning very little privacy.
