I think some attention could be paid to the TV channels offered. Not a big issue, but for what one pays nightly, they could have offered a decent movie channel.

The location was great, breakfast was top tier had a lot of variety. Friendly staff and they catered to all our needs.
I did not like that the rooms had no heating system as sometimes the room would get cold and the fact that the roof top pool is not working at Maharani but yet it's still there on the website and the fact that we had to go to Elangeni to use the pool. Another thing please add more TV stations on your TV and preferably NETFLIX.

The location, staff friendliness and linen & comfy ?️.
The seaview from a high level, absolutely majestic ?, wished I could stay longer.
The small tiny ? bathtub was too restrictive for me, neither did my wife enjoy it.
A bit petrified by the absence of strong bars on the windows and the opening was a safety concern ?.
I wished I had more time to enjoy the pool area at the top ?. But I will make sure next time.

The stairs by the car park.. you should put elevators straight to reception and rooms..
Breakfast long que to finally be served and get a table. Extend Breakfast to 11pm.

I liked the view the most.
The toilet did not have a cleaning brush, the air conditioner was not working properly, and the floor was carpeted. It would have been nicer if the floor had been tiled.
