The location, right in the heart of bustling uMhlanga night life yet within walking distance to the beach
I think it's overpriced for its very basic amenities. My room was advertised as having a sea view yet the view was from an awkward angle

Soap and shampoo on the same bottle. Shows you are cheap. Also water in bottles was smelling of chemicals - a traveler would prefer to have a bottled water that is really clean

We stayed in a suit which was great, clean, nice coffee machine.
Location to get around is great but if you are a light sleeper, it gets loud.
We were woken up a lot with people shouting, making noise leaving restaurants and pubs, last one was at three in the morning. We did stay over a Saturday night so during the week it might be quieter.

The overall hotel is beautiful and the staff at reception during check in and checkout were very friendly and helpful. The sea view from the room was great. The location of hotel was great
