Wonderful
The location of the hotel is perfect, 5 minute walk from my conference and just across the road from Gateway. Lots of great eating options at the mall and near the beach which is a 5 minute drive away. The area was quiet even at night which was great. The staff were superb. Rooms were clean and serviced well daily.
The breakfast spread was huge. I would have liked some options for halaal food which would have made it much better.

Oh my Gosh. I visit quite a few hotels and your'ls breakfast was by far one of the best we have ever experienced. So many choices and options. Your'l cater to the needs of most guests.

Close proximity to the mall. Staff were super friendly. Convenient parking. The beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. For a 12 night stay, this was good value compared to other hotels in the area for a family.
On check in, I noticed a rotten smell and reported it the next day. Turns out the fridge had spoiled milk behind, which was cleaned promptly / an alternate room was offered. My suggestion is a quality check is done before guests check in and this really annoyed me for a night - smelling rotten odors. But it was remedied promptly so thank you.

This is my property of choice when traveling to Durban. Location, friendly staff and food choice are usually on point.
Table was broken on balcony. Blood stains on pillow case in kids room(no compensation offered, only sorry). 3.yea5 old daughter decided shebdidnt want to sleepnin the bed. Battery cover of remote missing. Limited storage for clothes.
