Disappointing
The security at the parking friendly as well as the porter.
The location was perfect, near the beach and restaurants.
At first, we were placed in a room that reeked of paint due to painting on that floor.
Once we were moved to a new room, the shower water was cold in the evenings around 6–7 pm and again in the early mornings around 4–5 am.

It takes a very long time to receive an order.
Getting service at the restaurant was a struggle at times.

It’s still hasn’t lost its touch, it’s still beautiful.
The clean didn’t come back on Saturday, she said she will be back to refill tea etc and she didn’t.
Also saw a cockroach inside our bathroom.

1. The buffet, the orthopedic bed and amazing reception and kitchen staff.
2. Issues were addressed promptly.
1.The security guard who came to watch us swim. It was very very uncomfortable and intrusive.
2. The AC was dripping water and the extractor was not working the first day we arrived.

The location of the hotel and the free parking space provided.
The staff ring the door bell and just opened the door, without waiting for us to respond, it is not nice when someone walks into your room unexpected.
There was just one small water bottle in the room, yet there are two guests booked into that room and i expected for the water to be refilled every day we staff, but that was not the case.
The basin and bath tub paint is pulling/ flaking off, old infrastructure, needs to be updated or maintained properly.
Breakfast we were served leftovers of the previous day lunch buffet( Noodle stir fry and cheesy Cauli-broc)....very off putting.

Across the street from the beach. Over 100 years old, but well maintained. A very good restaurant with good food at reasonable prices. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel was clean.
Older A/C that needs to be updated. The fan was noisy and the controls didn’t seem to respond to changes.

phone not working and some lighgs too. A need foe attention to these technical aspecys Air conditioner in one of the rooms not fumctional causing serious discomfort. This was the case in one of the rooms on the last nkts. Staff troed to sort tbe jssue to no avail
