The place in nice and clean also the location is good security is good especial if you are using a car
When i brows it was wretten brekfast included but when i arrived they said it doesnt have breakfast they tried to explain but to it sound as false advertisment they mustn's breakfast included rather say optional that made me cancell even my next booking 4-5 may because i asked does it have breakfast they said no With room it was clean challenge was with twin beds but i was with my husband

This hotel was not great, but the niceness and willingness to help from the staff made it better. Staff was attentive and prompt, helping us solve the lack of AC, providing us coffee even before the restaurant opened so we could have it before our tour pickup and accommodating an unplanned late checkout.
We stayed in a Standard Queen room and this room has no proper bathroom. The toilet is in a stall which, much like in a public restroom, has a door that does not go all the way up to the ceiling (see photo). Even traveling with my husband this was not enough privacy. I guess it would be OK for someone traveling alone. The same happens with the shower stall, but that one was not so bothersome to me. The ACs are configured to not go under 22C. The first night was OK but the second day, our AC broke and it was impossibly hot. It turned out to be a whole floor damage so the moved is into a new room in a different floor, but the AC in this room kept turning off every few hours, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep as I kept being awaken by the heat and needing to turn it back on.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was clean with AC available. The location is very close to the beach and also very close to downtown so you get the best of both worlds. They have nice restaurant in the hotel serving great food if you want the comfort of not having to travel. I would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was Ok nice spread of options, Dinner Menu was good Bar facility was very nice and comfortable The F&B staff were always eager to help and assist.
The rooftop was closed for the full duration of our stay The Staff not all were friendly and helpful (reception) Housekeeping needs more attention - the sleeper couch was filthy; the room was not clean even though we had checked in OR received the room after 2pm. The room attendant knocked once and entered the room, not announcing her visit didn't wait for us to open the door. Walked in with no apology straight to our bedroom to place a notepad and pen, then left as if nothing happened. This was very alarming; this happened on the day we checked in.

Close to the road and next to the beach.
The sofas cushions on the passage are thin. The lifts limitations to your room floor level yet you want to explore roof top and visit friends in other floors is a turn off.

The TV channel options were good. The Apps options not so much. Maybe look into getting more updated TVs. Love that you could control the light switches from the bed with is great stopping you from getting up and down. And having the power outlets next to the bed as well is always a plus.
Well when I checked in and went to the room, the bed was not completely made. Unless maybe there was a reason it was left with a section showing the mattress. I know it’s not a big deal, but if complimentary water is not provided, a signage next to the faucet would have been helpful to know if tap water was safe to drink. The glass holder by the tap was beginning to look on the rusty side.
