Some rooms are not well maintained,it's literally dirty especially the carpets and stairways to upper rooms.

Environment in and out was interesting. Breakfast and Catering personnel were user-friendly. Receptionist and security officers were very welcoming.
Airconditioner was not working, insufficient channels on DSTV.

The fact that we had to change our rooms because it started to rain and there was a leak in the roof.
Cars are parked right at your door so you need to be cautious when opening the door

Breakfast doesn't cater for diabetic guest.no swetners no nolemons..had no rooibos in the rooms had no teapots no towels on the first day. Had to be assisted by the night staff.noplaces to warm food .bar fridge was sitting over the old dirt stains.under the bed it was disgusting .fluffyness for years is wept it out myself .I should have ŕecordered what isaw.
All mentioned on the above column.. breakfast.was serving only fried eggs.ihave Hugh cholesterol level had to bear that pains
