There was a noise throughout the night, The rooms does not have word drops to put cloth, the chicken have cockroaches. The bedding is too old, the water take time to be hot. the shower is too small.
The hotel is clean outside, the security guy was very friendly.

It's affordable accommodation near a lot of activities.
First thing's first - cockroaches everywhere. They were crawling out of the kettle in the dining hall, and more crawled out when we finally reached our room. Other points:
- Terrible parking - we were parked in at 6am
- Lumpy beds and bedding
- Towels and toilet paper is only available when requested
- Terrible sound deadening - you can hear the reception room from the 4th floor
- Self-catering, but no microwave or refrigerator

Reception is clean and very easy to check in..very quick
There were no towels and the guy went to get towels and we waited until I had to go down to get them myself and the guy only tasked someone I went to remind him. There's no mini bar fridge, oven and kettle to make tea or coffee. There's a smart tv that you must log in with your own details to watch it. A small shower with no door only a small curtain ..no mop to wipe the floor...The noise in the passage was unbearable

They fail to reply on time as they promise as a result because of failing to reply on time they was to charge me and their are the one who advise me in the same day of booking and request to reschedule and the staff suggest that I cancel and rebook.

Location of this hotel is good and easy to find. Additional parking at the back helpful. There is a sense of security when you park your vehicle in the property.
Facilities are a bit dated. It would be nice if upgrades were done on beds and the bathroom. Breakfast is not the best - too limited in choices/variety.

We didn't even sleep, we left an hour after our arrival because of the notice, people making noise in the hallway and drinking. We did not feel safe at all.
Staff could've been more welcoming and the hotel should stick to their rules of no alcohol and noice allowed.
