I'm a foodie so I enjoyed their breakfast buffet a lot, there was a lot of varieties to choose from and they don't limit your food intake, the hotel staff was excellent, everything was 10/10 minus nothing ?. The sea view.. MAGNIFICENT!!!

The staff were warm, friendly, professional, attentive and quite willing to assist with a smile, they truly made the stay more pleasant especially the ladies welcoming guests for breakfast every day, they were amazing. The buffet breakfast was relatively nice for such an establishment, offering a good variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. I also appreciated that towels were changed frequently, which added a nice touch of comfort during my stay. The bathroom was kept clean and well-maintained throughout. Parking was also convenient, with easy access from the lifts.
I booked the Non-Smoking Standard Double Room with Sofa Bed but found it rather small and cramped for a 5-day stay. Storage space was very limited. The wardrobe was too small to accommodate clothing for a 5-day stay, and there was no practical space to place sizeable luggage. The bar fridge was also too small to be of much practical use. I also noticed there were no bed sheets, just a duvet directly on the bed. Perhaps I'm old school, but I prefer traditional sheets. I suppose this is typical for this hotel brand, but it's worth keeping in mind if you're staying more than a night or two. I realized also that there was no toilet brush provided in the bathroom, which would have been useful for maintaining cleanliness during the stay. My room was located at the back of the hotel, and I think around 8/9 PM, there was significant noise emanating from the Rewards Co and Telesales buildings as crowds of employees knocked off, I think. The constant chatter and movement outside were quite disruptive and uncomfortable during the evening. This can be especially frustrating if you are trying to work on a laptop or get an early night's sleep. Additionally, there is a parking fee of R50 per day, which I only discovered upon checking out. I feel this should have been clearly communicated at check-in rather than relying on guests to notice the signage. A simple heads-up from reception would have been appreciated and would have avoided the surprise at the end of my stay. On a side note, when I requested a trolley to assist with my luggage from the room to the car, it took much longer than expected to arrive, which got me a little frustrated.

Attempted to change booking due to medical emergency - contacted Booking.com - was referred to the Hotel. Contacted the hotel and was referred back to Booking.com. Ended up paying for the accommodation and did not make use of the booking (medical emergency). Neither party was concerned to assist - booked elsewhere when we needed the pre-flight accommodation.
