Room size and cleanliness was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is situated close to Gateway. Plenty of food options close by.
This is a part of Maintenance, which is great in terms of Upkeep of the Hotel. They are busy upgrading the elevators on Premises. Please be prepared to wait for the elevators to pick up and drop of on your floor.

It was clean, and I appreciated the security by the parking lot entrance. I had peace of mind knowing my car was safe at night.
My room didn't have a flat screen TV. It will be good if the hotel can include different channels like Netflix, YouTube etc. You just had basic channels and for someone that had traveled from far, I was truly disappointed. There isn't enough power outlets next to the bed. Thankfully I had brought an extension cord that I ended up using so I could charge b
my gadgets.

The rooms are clean, spacious and well decorated.
Lovely view.
Only 1 working lift for 11 floors is unacceptable, I had to walk down 8 flights of stairs and waited 20 minutes to go back up on my return.
The breakfast was disappointing, most dishes were to dry and overall not tasty.

The hotel is well located in Umhlanga, close to the mall, restaurants, and the beach. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff are generally professional and helpful. The facilities, including the convention centre, are well maintained, making the hotel suitable for both business and leisure stays.
The main drawback was the limited number of elevators. With only two elevators serving the hotel, waiting times became quite long during the conference, making it difficult at times to find space and move efficiently between floors.

The location is great. Nice views from the room. Very clean and well furnished. Meals at the hotel were great
There were a mixed bag of staff as far as service was concerned. Sone staff were very welcoming and pleasant to deal with, while others just weren't. Like when checkin in, I repeatedly mentioned that I was partially sighted, but the lady behind the counter didn't seem to care. I felt a bit berated when she wouldn't tell me my room number. I was clearly struggling to see the small print on the key card. Then in the evening when we went for dinner and mentioned we were hotel guests, one of the staff rudely told my husnsnd and I that we could not sit in the main dining hall because they were fully booked. I then pointed out that I had made my booking weeks in advance, and that my husnsnd and I were celebrating a special occasion, and we would not be made to sit by ourselves at the back. At that point one of the managers kindly intervened, and ensured that we were seated properly, and we had a nice time thereafter, and enjoyed the seafood buffet. The other thing that was not up to scratch, was the bed. It was not very comfortable, and due for an upgrade.

Location was perfect close to everything shops, beach and restaurants
Breakfast didn't work out for me as a vegetarian I did not have enough to enjoy because even fruit salad was not very good.

I was amazed at the cleanliness of the Rooms and was so impressed. The Reservations Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, as they allowed us to check out a little later as per our request. The Birthday Celebration Treat Platter was extremely thoughtful and included delicious treats.

TV wasn't playing. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. Last time I called maintenance, I just gave up this time.
Ordered pizza and wine, the pizza is too dry and blend. Wish we can have extras to add to it at least.
