We didn't like the treatment that we got, there were no resources, like Wi-Fi, no pots no wood spoons nothing is there, it was a disaster

The views to the beach were exceptional and at night was amazing
Elevators didn't work well 2 out of 4 were operational but the one was very unreliable and waited half the time to get onto it
The TV was very bad and the quality was terrible
Pictures of the room were different from the actual place, said there was a king sized bed but it was just 2 separate single beds

The hotel looks very nice on the pictures but when you get there it's a different story.
There's cockroaches.
The hotel smells
The lifts were not working we had to use stairs most of the time.
Staff is not friendly (The housekeepers are very rude)
The furniture is very old I don't even want to mention the start of your appliances.
I think it'll be better if you renovated the whole building.

Disappointing
It's a walking distance to the beach.
The tv was not working although i have reported 3 times there was no help. There is no microwave in the room i eat cold food. I had to beg for my room to be cleaned, why i have to pay R100 to use an iron that i am going to return.

Place was not clean , it had a lot of cockroaches. I booked for 4 people but just 1 glass to use and the second one was broken. Remote for the tv was not working. Shower was leaking. It a lot of things I can go on and on........
