The stuff is absolutely amazing. We were welcomed by Sphelele and Musa very patient and attentive. Exceptional service, we had a porter that was very helpful as well.
The housekeeping could be better, the corridors needed a little love

The rooftop pool was not working, they mentioned it will be under maintenance for the next 10 days. I bought friends and colleagues for the pool view and experience,, now it's like I scammed them
