Breakfast, room and the view was great, my only concern was the hotels lifts going from 10th floor to 18th floor. You have to wait almost 20min for one lift because they are small and can only accommodate a few people. Lots of people were using emergency exit steps from top floors to ground floor, myself included.

The receptionist and other staff members were of great help on the day of arrival.
I asked for a double bed that was approved on the bookings.com app but when I got to my room I found 2 3/4 beds. The shower head was leaking in different directions making showing a little challenging.

The was noise from the day I got to the hotel and every morning. The walls are not sound proof which made our stay not as good.

I came for my Graduation and Sphesihle was very helpful to me and my family and they made us feel at home, there was minor issues with the key card but it was sorted in ample time.

The breakfast was amazing. We had enough options. Very well cooked.
The staff/ chef/ waiters were also very friendly and helpful.
Our room and view was also great. Woke up to the most beautiful sunset.
The only thing that was a problem was the leaking basin in our room.
The bottom of the basin leaks water when we use the tap. Please have someone look at that because our bathroom floor was completely wet by night time.
We had booked a twin bed room so we expected the beds to have separate sheets underneath the "big" sheet and bedding that covered both beds however, when we wanted to separate the beds we found that we would have to either take one of the big sheets each and cover the single beds ourselves.
I think it would be helpful if the beds are already covered separately so that its convenient for people who do not like to share a bed.
One of the sheets also had a stain that looked like blood. Please ensure that sheets are very clean before guest check in.
