Phone was not working,tv wasn’t working
Staff were too noisy at reception 114 before check in and morning cleaning were busy shouting at each other where I could hear them from my room ,I didn’t peacefully morning honestly

The service was good, booking was easy, the room was up to standard, we requested for a couple of things during the stay (via the phone) and they delivered. Great curtains that block out light perfectly. The room was clean, they had a shower cap and a jar with ice in the fridge (lil good gestures). Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and stores.
My neighboring Bayside's previous experience was really bad, so this experience did redeem the name.
One of the bed side electric plugs wasn't working, slight inconvenience but not a train smash.
