Everything, it was dirty, towel had stains it was stuffy the tv was not working curtains and bathroom were dirt yoo the floor sticky ..I had a very very bad experience.

everything, receptionist was busy with her friend, we wait for almost 30min not attended,
when we booked, system says breakfast included, in the premises no breakfast
- carpet is dirty old style not easy ti clean, the best way is to replace carpet with ceramic tile.
- rooms no one come to clean for whole week. no broom and dustpan and mop provided in the room

I found no towels,l have to go collect them 8 floors down in the reception ,no microwave to warm my food ,no working remote so l was supposed to watch soccer but failed rooms are too small .

Its really a rathole.im still traumatized by the service.
We booked thinking all was up standard but so much disappointed.
Will never ever go back there.
My money went down the drain.
From dirty room 44 on the 4 th floor with smudges of red paint ? on the floor to very unfriendly poorly trained staff

Easy to find location and good view
Bath towels weee small and limited to two and we're 3. Toiletries also too limited. Parking closes at 10pm and we had to go and ask another hotel for all night parking.

That lady on the front desk was cool.
The place is not clean hey. Smelly carpet outside the rooms, blocked sink at Room 81, the sink wasnt cleaned, floor wasnt sweeped at the bathroom. I didnt bath….

The cafeteria inside the hotel, very lovely
The rooms are full of cocroches, the furniture is way too old. Besides the rooms that are renovated those are nice but others?My clients kept complaining about the cocroches.
