I stayed three nights at the hotel in order to facilitate training at the hotels Business Centre. All three breakfasts were excellent, The room and bed were comfortable and I felt welcome and relaxed during my stay.

The only thing I liked about the place was Mannies amazing Hospitality and love for his job.
The other staff were lazy and the rooms are quite small. They only give one set of cutlery even though you are two in a room and one toilet paper. I waited about an hour for room service.

Room was great, family room with a microwave was excellent.
Breakfast buffet a bit limited, especially if one required halaal or vegetarian meals. buffet selection was haphazard, meaning pork and meat in the same catering dish or right next to as veggies etc, resulting in cross-comtamination between meats and vegetables/eggs, making it uncomfortable for halaal/vegetarian. perhaps a seperate Egg station that caters to only vegitarian/halaal. other then that, breakfast was ok

Central location. Clean and modern. Lovely shower. Spacious rooms.
We arrived approx 2 hours after check in time and our room was not ready. The reception staff said the floor was wet and that we should wait. We were just left there in the middle of reception with our luggage occupying the middle of the floor without any direction on what to do next, no definite answer, assistance, guidance, help - just nothing. Just ignored and left hanging. After we asked twice with no result or outcome and finally requested the managers assistance, we were given our room keys. The booking was done months ago and paid. This ordeal spoiled our arrival we were looking forward to and not sure if we will return in future.

Staff were pleasant and helpful
We stayed for 3 nights. Noise levels were awful to say the least. Guest were left to act unruly and barbaric.
We asked to changed rooms after the first night. didn't help much due to guest partying up a storm.
Breakfast was poor and lacked taste. No effort from management to be creative .
The hotel is need of a revamp and some tidying up.
Bathroom layout made no sense.
