Nice and Comfortable bedroom. Clean an beautiful bathroom.
Their custom service is very poor. There was an issue with booking.com payment from their side, and I was kept there as the manager was trying to figure out the problem, until I asked him to allow me to check in while he sort out the problem. I also didn't like that the hostess was walking with pyjama's in front of the guests.

Friendly staff. Location was good. Security was accommodating with our times.
The towels were not soft. Did not like the geyser in the room. Other guests using the balcony looked straight into our room. Cleaners moved our belongings around.

Room was clean and bed comfy. Good breakfast. Location relatively convenient for Umhlanga.
WiFi was very poor. There was no hot water so I had to shower with cold water. Lack of electricity at 4pm was a bit surprising, not that I minded a lot but a bit more clarity on electricity times would have been useful.
