Location was great, perfect to get into the V&A Waterfront by foot. The estate was very safe and everyone very friendly. Our family loved the experience and would definitely come again

Location was good. Property looked amazing.
My apartment was outdated and did not reflect the photos shown on Booking.com. It was not worth the price paid. Additionally, no water was provided in the room not even a single complimentary bottle. Hotel said guess we’re not allowed also.

Great location. Nice to have a little pool.
Dated. Bath could not fill with hot water so bathing was not an option. Shelf falling off the wall in shower. Table in kitchen lopsided. No coffee pods

1) I hade booked apartments with 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms, the manager gave it to me 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom s, and then they took extra payment from me!
Disappointed!!!!!?
2) check in was very complicated and awful,
The manager was blocked us and was not allowed to come in our translators with us,this is was confusing us, it's a very not professional from place which Accommodate..
you need to be more comfortable for your guests, and management also need to be more comfortable and flexible.

The hotel was by the water and room was clean
The reception was very difficult to find, in the compound they send us to 3 different location, they mentioned someone will pick us up from the entrance and nobody showed up so i had to call another Uber. The security guides were not informed about the reception location and no sign in the compound, hope it will be improved in the future. As i came prior then check in time i left my luggage and come back in the evening. It took 35 min for them to find someone to take us to the apartment, at the end the staff in the reception called an uber from their pocket to take us to the room as they couldn’t organize properly.

Great location with good security. Well appointed kitchen.
Card keys worked sporadically. Living area could use a couple end tables. Access to power plugs in the bedrooms was limited.

A few minor things which would have made a huge difference. Some were attended to (change of apartments, shower head and low water pressure), some unfortunately not ( bad dstv connection, underfloor heating, extra warm blankets).
