The service was outstanding. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms are super comfortable and with a lovely view of Table mountain. Great facilities such as the gym, heated pool and spa.

Beautiful property, amazing friendly and helpful staff, delicious food. Room was perfect. Tortoises roaming about was so special.
Rooms could have been cleaner but overall the room was gorgeous with everything you'd need. It wasn't so easy to navigate with a buggy so I think wheelchair users would also have difficulty accessing the whole hotel.

It's partly my fault. I booked this hotel to stay in for one night, and then decided to extend my stay to two nights, however for the second night it transpires that I booked a different room. The room for the second night was more expensive, so money wasn't a factor, it was just what was available, but it meant we were going to have to check out in the middle of our stay and wait to be moved to a different room. When you're only there for 2 nights thats really impactful on your time. In the past any hotel I stayed in would have spotted it in advance and moved things around so that you were staying in one room for the two nights. I would have been very happy to stay in the cheaper room and let someone else have the better room that we paid for if it meant we didn't have to switch rooms. The hotel said this wouldn't be possible. I suspect with a bit of forward planning and reorganisation it would have been possible given the number of rooms on site, but hard to say and that may be unfair. This did disrupt our stay but the hotel staff did their best to make the change as seamless as possible. Final thing - be warned both restaurants are not open every night, so if you're going specifically for one of the restaurants you should check in advance their opening hours

Breakfast -outstanding. Could not think of anything else that could have been offered. Staff always smiling, seemed willing to do anything and laughed at my jokes (not many people do).
