Hospitality from start to finish! We stayed for the CT marathon and the team endured early breakfast for us before the marathon as well as little good luck packs. Andie was always incredibly friendly and helpful!

The staff at the Zest tried to help by moving us to the sister hotel, The Treehouse. This was due to totally unexpected and unacceptable very noisy building work at the building next door to Zest. Note we had stayed at Zest previously.
The totally unexpected and unacceptable very noisy building work at the building next door to Zest. DO NOT book Zest until this building work is completed and the owners provide a guarantee that there will be no more noisy building work. We were not warmed before we arrived off a 17 hour flight to Cape Town and arrived at Zest. We could not even communicate properly with the staff, such was the noise !

It is a wonderful, small boutique hotel within walking distance from the waterfront. The staff is so incredibly lovely, and they are definitely going the extra mile to make you feel welcome and meet everyone's needs. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic; the pancakes are stunning. The hotel runs many programs/trips, so it's really easy to organise things if you are a first-time tourist in South Africa and not quite sure where to start. I also love the fact that your stay supports a local charity directly.

Stayed here for 4 nights and the accommodation is superb. Staff are friendly and chatty, breakfast had a vast array of options. Room was spacious with a large balcony. Short stroll down to the waterfront was a bonus.

We had an excellent stay, everything was perfect. All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, particularly Faye who felt like family after a few short days. A great location and rooms were clean and very comfortable. We couldnt have asked for more during our first stay in Cape Town!

We Loved it. Exceptional customer service. The hotel was clean, beautiful and the staff polite and friendly. We also enjoyed the SPA service. Breakfast was excellent. We suggest it to anyone who wants to enjoy comfort and relax in Cape Town.
