The location was great to be in the center of all the touristy goings on of the city and harbor area. Quick walk to shopping mall, restaurants, outside entertainment areas, Robben Island Museum, and Time Out Market and The Watershed Artisan Market. Also stop for the hop on hop off bus is on the next block. Uber travel is easy to just about everywhere (but pick ups a little hard because of a default location-the bellman can help.)
Hotel itself was lovely and clean. Our room was a loft room with two single beds. They were very comfy. The view was gorgeous. The bathroom was fine but a bit aged and patched. During our stay we had an issue with A/C and sink drainage but both were resolved during our stay.
The hotel itself presented as fairly high end given the lobby, location and shopping in the building. The room finishes made it seem less so.
Location was perfect for a few days, but I had spent a few days prior in another hotel and don’t think I could have stayed in the hustle and bustle atmosphere for a longer trip.

I like the loft room. It was cosy but I wished I had a view now. I love the location.
I did not recieve any information at the front desk about the facilities and services of the hotel.. Furtheomore, there was no information in the room about guest services, facilities etc. I thought the food was not good in the restaurant. The room was very noisy and the music outside was loud until midnight.

Location was outstanding, central waterfront near restaurants, stores, safe walking around 24/7. Scenic area. Excellent restaurant in the hotel -- great breakfast and a nice dinner too. Also convenient to walk over to the ferry to visit Robben Island.

Great location on the waterfront. Clean and well maintained facilities. The staff attend went out of their way to attend to every request. The breakfast was out of this world!
The elevator was out of order during our stay but it was a minor inconvenience.
