The flat was extremely clean and nice with a great view of the sea. It had all the amenities that one could wish for, an almost complete kitchen and the hostess was super helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this place for anyone.

Our stay at Vesper apartments was wonderful. Lee-Anne was so easy to communicate with during the booking process and throughout our stay, and made us feel very welcome when we arrived. Her staff (Darwin) was also lovely. The room we stayed in (6) was clean, spacious, quiet, and very comfortable. We also liked the shared patio. The property is in a nice area, a short walk from the main road in Green Point and close to a great café. Would absolutely recommend Vesper and would stay here again if visiting Cape Town!

Lee-Anne is brilliant host and kept us updated plus she wished us a safe cycle. It is a good location for the Cape Town cycle tour but it is up a steep hill like most places on High Level road. We loved the doors that slid open with distant views of the sea, plus the airconditioning was a bonus.
We booked the micro apartment . Is is very well designed but is is compact . We were fortunate to be able to store our bikes in a common space .

Ms. Lee-Ann made us feel right at home and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Laundry services are provided at no additional charge, the rooms had plug adapters, iron, air-conditioning, tv (including Netflix), a little kitchenette, and a balcony with a really nice view. Each room provides sufficient privacy and is tucked away in a lovely flower garden. Walking distance from the center (about 20 min) in a safe area.
Wish we could have stayed longer!

I looked at a number of hotels and other properties in Cape Town before deciding on Vesper Apartments, mainly due to the cost, location and great reviews.
The previous reviews weren't wrong - this is an exceptional place to stay.
Lee-Anne kept in touch prior to my arrival and arranged to meet me personally to hand over the keys. Lee-Anne is the perfect host and gave me some useful tips to make my time in Cape Town as good as it could be.
The apartment is wonderful and the pictures on the website are exactly how it is. It is is a great location in Green Point - you can be at the V&A Waterfront on foot easily within 30 minutes or a via more leisurely stroll along the seafront. There's local shops, bars and restaurants nearby, so it is very well placed.
Lee-Anne even arranged a late check-out for me as I had a late evening flight home which was very much appreciated.
I have pledged to return to Cape Town as it is such a fabulous place. I already know where I will be staying.

Lee-Ann is an amazing host. She will go out of her way to make sure her guests have everything and anything they need. The studio is really cute, clean, and had everything we needed. Comfy bed. Pleasant terrace. Hot shower. Practical kitchen. The flower garden is lovely. Parking space was available and the area felt secure. Will come back!

It was in a safe neighborhood. We could walk everywhere. I expected it to be smaller than it was but I was pleasantly surprised! It had all the amenities you need to feel at home. It was so clean, we felt very comfortable there. The garden that’s on the property is so beautiful! The garden we had in our suite was so cute too, we didn’t want to leave! It’s such a beautiful place. Lee-Anne and her team really thought of everything.

Wonderful
The property is situated at walking distance from the beach and nice dining places. The living area opens into a small cozy garden with distant sea view. Lee has also equipped the kitchen with all necessary crockery and utilities.
Parking could be little tricky but is not that problematic as it may appear first
