Quiet and convenient and a really good breakfast. The host also agreed to let me check out 3 hours late for a small extra fee.
The room was surprisingly small and not like the photograph I saw online, The bathroom was tiny and the towel hook was hanging out of the wall.

Very nice place (home away from home) that I can highly recommend and you can tell the hosts have put a lot of time and effort into wanting to ensure that you have the best relaxing time and stay there......
Graham and his wife were great hosts, very welcoming, helpful, and friendly.
I booked last minute on the day and they were very accommodating and no issues with my late check-in.
The room in the house, is very private with a bathroom was spotless, clean and a delight to stay in, wish I could have spent more time but had to be up very early to get to town.
The bed was firm and super comfortable 1 of the best I have slept in, smart TV with Netflix logged in for your enjoyment.
Greeted with 2 waters, rusks and some sweets after a long day is a very nice touch.
Large bar fridge can accommodate quite a few large drinks and snacks,
Kettle, tea/coffee and milk was provided.
Wi-Fi although working, reliable,, and fast, i did a speediest at 8 to 10mbps, so this could be increased a bit. So ended up using my phone as a hotspot.
Nothing, amazing beautiful clean place!

Graham and Winnie are welcoming and gracious hosts! Their property is lovely, well-maintained, super clean and tidy - truly a slice of heaven on earth!
