Staff were amazing, friendly and always helpful.
We stayed on top floor under kitchen, could hear them cleaning at night. Not ideal only stay in 601-604 the other two units are a little loud at night

I booked with breakfast but was charged extra R340 for breakfast for a day then they put few things in rooms for consumption and I was charged R500 when checking in then as check l was charged R1400 for eating those food and beverage ,Now they send me email again that l owed them money for extras l don’t know which extras now

Loved the suite we booked, was super comfy and luxurious!! Loved the fact that there is underground parking available to guests. Breakfast was ample and offered something for everyone, dinner dessert surprise for hubbies birthday was so thoughtful at The London Road Bistro in house restaurant. Staff really attended to us so well while we dined, evening and morning.
Thanks to the the Management and staff for our most welcoming reception and stay there!!!

I liked the convinience, close to the beach, convinience stores and restaurants. Accommodates the whole family
Noise pollution at night and the condition of the bathroom, it not well maintained. The mini bar system is not well oiled, it has too many loopholes and inconvenience guests when inventory is done at checkout with daily tracking by both the guest and hotel staff. Mini bar stock up must be optional not compulsory

Size of the suite, friendly staff.
The living room couch could be updated as it looked worn out. We also found the lack of baby bath facilities to be inconvenient. Room service portions were smaller than expected for the price.
