Highest praise to the staff who are all excellent, will do anything to be of help, very warm and welcoming. Special appreciation for the huge effort to accommodate special dietary needs at breakfast. Room was well maintained and very comfortable.

Beautiful setting, central location, amazing staff.
The building is older style so soundproofing is not great between the floors. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Everything! Such a welcome arrival, lovely airy room with a lovely view. The staff were exceptional, friendly but professional. The breakfasts were delicious - we really could not fault it.

The staff were very helpful and very friendly. Helped with out bags etc. good service at breakfast, 10/10 for the staff. Loved the design of the hotel and the views from the terrace. It was beautiful, well located and felt safe. I would recommend it
I had paid for a luxury double room, was a bit surprised that this was ground floor (as in right near the breakfast area) and looked out onto a busy road. If I didn’t have earplugs I wouldn’t have been able to sleep at all, the road is quiet from midnight until around 6am. Would recommend that the hotel make this crystal clear when booking so guests know what they are paying for.
