I had an amazing stay at The BIG! The staff are super friendly and helpful, the space is clean and comfortable, and it was very easy to meet other people. A perfect balance between social and quiet at nights (not a party place!) The Friday braai was a highlight!

I haven't met nicer hostel staff. Everyone (john, preem, chanti, josleen) were all genuinely nice and caring people that creates a family vibe and makes everyone smile. You guys are the best!

Clean, well decorated spaces throughout. The bed was SO comfortable. Property felt very safe/secure. Reception was helpful in booking activities. The bread at breakfast was delicious.

Nothing I was ill treated and chased away booked for 3 nights and only stay for 2 nights highlighting that I booked female Dom and they don't have space for third night when I asked them to refund me for third night they refused. May you please assist I need my money for the third night because I was moving around to book some where fortunately I got the place. Please assist I need my R577 back
Is to inform me that I don't have place to stay but they can accommodate me for only 2 nights where as I paid for 3 nights. They refused to give me R577 for the third night
