From the time we arrived, Lee was simply fabulous, as well as Nazeema. Rene and Gary.
Couldn't have been more accommodating or hospitable.
Great breakfast, conversation, and comfortable room, perfectly situated.

Great position out of the madness of Sea Point . Comfortable facility, private , onsite parking and swimming pool .

The staff and the way we were received it was great. Breakfast also it was the best cause they serve various food.
The rooms were not cleaned every day. Until we specifically asked the cleaning lady to clean the rooms

My flight was real late in getting there. The driver showed up and to the guest house. Large room. Has a TV , cf and fridge. Staff helped in tour driver both days. Break good with cereal and bread and homemade dish. You can walk down to the beach area and about a block going back are a lot of stores, rest and I found a pharmacy.
Because its their winter the bath was a bit cool. The water was hard to keep warm.

- The location is good, close to the sea promenade, and there are many restaurants and cafes close by. Also the lively Mojo market is couple of minutes away. The area felt safe
- The staff were very nice and helpful, they promptly responded to my requests
- The room was spacious warm and clean
- the fresh fruits served at breakfast were very good
- the fact that we can have coffee and use the kitchen all the time was very nice
- the info in the property description mentioned "airport shuttle" and it was one of my selection criteria. But that was misleading, as it turns out there is no "shuttle", it's just an expensive taxi company that I could have contacted myself and I ended up using Uber
- the breakfast was ok and fresh in general but it was served starting 8:00 which is relatively late as all tours start before that. Also they might consider adding some fresh veggies (cucumbers, lettuce ..etc)

Location
Phoned 3 x to get into the car park, no reply. Was a tad nervous being in a strange city. Reversed down the road to go to ring doorbell. When answered and I drove into the car park, I asked, "Are phones out of order. ANSWER, what's the problem you're in now. A simple apology for the delay. "I was busy with guests," and it would have been acceptable. Instead, I got a bad attitude. Room spacious. Double plug next to bed worked on one side of double plug, not other. Bathroom floor so slippery I had to catch myself from slipping twice in the night. The shower floor needs a clean, as does the shower rose. The next morning, the owner said hello as I was driving out. I mentioned my surprise to the attitude, and he defends the staff member. My response was, had she communicated, she'd been busy with other guests, I would have immediately understood. He still defended her rudeness. I wouldn't go back here despite the convenience of the location.

The breakfast was amazing especially the fruit salad and the strawberry yogurt. The location was safe and we would go Seapoint mall and Mojo market on foot to as late as 11pm. In Room 8 you get to view the Table mountain

Excellent breakfast. Clean homely accommodation with comfortable indoor lounge area and outdoor pool area. Safe gated parking area. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Gary was very welcoming and the staff were very friendly.
Floor tiles in the bathroom were slippery.
