Located in a nice area. Felt very safe there. Staff was extremely nice and professional.
Beds could have been a bit softer but apparently beds in South Africa are firm because we stayed in three different places on this trip and all the beds were firm.

Amazingly clean, modern and well kept. Incredibly spacious bedroom with sitting area and kitchenette and beautiful bathroom with bathtub and spacious shower. Room overlooked greenery and sea.
Staff was kind and helpful and made the stay wonderful. Fresh superior foodstuffs were delivered daily with fresh bread hanging in a bag from the door each morning.

Location, very comfortable in the area to walk around. The size of the room was great. Restaurant selection was walking distance and awesome.

The location of this hotel is excellent and the view are amazing. You can watch the sunset over the ocean and see Lion's head mountain in another side. There are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance and the hotel offers a variety of bicycles for free. It was also convenient to have a private garage. Both the bathroom and the room were spacious and the balcony was great.
The mattress was uneven and too soft, it really needs to be replaced.
It said that the room had a laundry and dryer but actually there were only two machines each downstairs, shared with other guests.
It was also listed as including breakfast, but they provided only ingredients but we told them that we don't want to cook so they refunded the breakfast fee which was ok.
