Centrally located, close to main routes, quiet area.
Lots of stairs to top rooms so not suited to elderly folk other wise superb.

Dogs, sweet shnauzers, bark a LOT - particularly early in the morning - woken up on both mornings by the barking. Neighbourhood dogs barking a LOT on one of the nights of the weekend - after 12pm for about 2 hours
Traffic and hooting and racing of vehicles on night for about 3 hours.
Room could do with a Nespresso machine. When I asked for coffee from the bean to cup machine in the kitchen, I was offered plunger coffee - the machine is only for the owners. Hospitable? No.
Shower is temperamental with water temperature balance.
Microwave didn't work on microwave option

The location was convenient for motorways and only 15-20 mins from the airport. It was quiet and leafy with a park opposite and amenities nearby. The accommodation is in an elegant historic house and guests have the use of the beautiful rear garden. The staff were fantastic. Parking with electric gates.
Not an issue, but for info, when we booked we had the impression that breakfast was included (it was mentioned in reviews) but this was historic and not currently provided. The kitchenette was very well equipped so it's easy to provide your own! We had the Suite, which we thought the best of the 3 we saw.

Conveniently situated; very peaceful and calm; comfortable and pretty rooms; great hostess and staff.
Sadly they no longer offer breakfast. Those breakfasts were wonderful ?
